Implement: overview
After data modernization projects are selected, it is time for implementation. To ensure success, project and change management should be used to identify risks, communicate with necessary partners and ensure timelines are met. The section below is not an all-inclusive list, but will provide an overview of steps to take as the health department begins to implement the different projects within the data modernization venture.
