Learning resources associated with the IIS Leadership Workshop, hosted by PHII in Decatur, Georgia, June 10-12, 2025.

This list of resources is intended to serve as a companion to the Immunization Information System (IIS) Leadership Workshop, conducted at The Task Force for Global Health (TFGH) in June 2025, in association with CDC and AIRA.   • Welcome to IIS email course (PHII): provides a crash course for all things IIS with a daily email delivered to your inbox.
  • IIS Information Brief (CDC): Awardees, vendors and partners can request to receive the IIS Information Brief by emailing the IIS Info mailbox at iisinfo@cdc.gov. The requestor’s affiliation must be validated before the subscription is approved.

  • Change Management Tools (PHII): provides guidance on change management activities that assist internal staff and external partners through transition.

  • IIS Functional Model (PHII): provides a framework and terminology for conveying and communicating the core functions, capabilities and attributes of an IIS.
