Last year, we worked with the FrameWorks Institute to develop a toolkit for communicating about public health informatics. I’ve previously written about this work, particularly the challenges of communicating about informatics and how to bridge knowledge gaps. Dr. Marissa Fond of the FrameWorks Institute also recently spoke on the podcast about the research behind the communications toolkit.

Now that the toolkit is finalized, I wanted to provide some guidance on using it. In this video, I explain some of the key barriers to understanding informatics, and how these tools can help overcome them.
