Letheshia supports projects managed within PHII’s Requirements Lab as the senior technical project manager. In this role, she oversees technical initiatives and ensures the successful deployment of specific technology through the application of project management and agile software development methodologies. Her expertise in technology implementation spans requirements gathering, development roadmap refinement and product strategy.
Prior to joining PHII, Letheshia worked in partnership with the National Institutes of Health to develop and implement innovative technological solutions to support a nationwide health research initiative aimed at advancing the science behind precision medicine. In addition to technology design and implementation for health research, Letheshia has also managed a multitude of research projects evaluating the impact of social determinants of health to inform the design of interventions focused on improving health outcomes for underserved populations affected by autoimmune diseases.
