This resource provides a template for health departments to use to document and plan details for their projects. A charter includes project roles and responsibilities, objectives, deliverables, timelines, the budget and the purpose of the project. By creating a project charter, health departments can ensure that investing time up front in the planning phase will save time later during implementation.
