VIEW WEBINAR SLIDES

PHII’s Lura Daussat joined CDC’s Laura Pabst to present a webinar introducing the topic of interoperability and defining key terms with examples for birth defects surveillance (BDS) programs. This resource highlights trends, policies and initiatives that may impact leadership buy-in and resources for these programs.

This is the first in a four-part webinar series by PHII and the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD) at the CDC. These webinars will provide technical assistance to funded state birth defects programs for improving knowledge of implementation and enhancements of interoperable surveillance-based birth defects registries.
