This webinar explores and shares experiences, best practices and challenges from public health programs that are achieving interoperability initiatives by documenting business processes and gathering requirements. Juneka Rembert, PHII’s project team lead for our Requirements Lab, presents on these topics including our Collaborative Requirements Development Methodology (CRDM), which provides tools and a process for documenting public health workflows and defining functional requirements for information systems that support those workflows.
