Biography

Rachelle serves as a senior business analyst for the Requirements Lab, where she provides business process analysis expertise to a portfolio of global projects. Her professional experience chiefly centers on expertise in information system architecture for managing laboratory data.

Prior to coming to PHII, Rachelle worked as a senior informatics specialist for the Association of Public Health Laboratories, where she served as an informatics subject matter expert on several key projects undertaken in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and numerous global ministries of health. Before that, Rachelle was a senior informatics analyst for Emory University, where she focused on software for laboratory information management.

Rachelle holds an MPH in Applied Epidemiology from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health and a B.S. in Biology from Kennesaw State University.
