Biography

Kati Keebaugh is a project manager at PHII. She leads project management activities for the USAID-funded Neglected Tropical Diseases Information System (NIS) and the Multi-state EHR-based Network for Disease Surveillance (MENDS) project. Kati brings to this role over a decade of experience in nonprofit, research and government health program management. Kati has managed day-to-day operations for multiple health programs, including planning and implementation, health communications, technical assistance and evaluation. Prior to joining PHII, Kati served as the research administrative coordinator for Emory’s Center for Maternal Substance Abuse and Child Development. She oversaw project management, data collection and grant expenditures for research grants investigating the long-term health effects of prenatal alcohol exposure in adults.

Kati holds a Master of Public Health in behavioral sciences and health education from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. She also earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia.
