A migration team moving through the "plan" phase will hold the project kickoff meeting and develop project management plan(s) addressing complex topics that include governance, budget, schedule, resource management, change management, communications, risk management, change control, requirements management, procurement, data cleansing and migration, testing, training, and go-live/implementation.
