As a Business Analyst for the Institute, Kelley Chester provides analytical expertise for collaborative requirements development projects as well as guidance and training on the Institute’s Requirements Development Methodology for project teams.

Mrs. Chester has 10 years of experience related to information technology and healthcare systems.  Prior to joining the Institute she worked in several local community hospitals as well as with healthcare IT consulting firms.  Mrs. Chester holds a Master of Public Health degree in Biostatistics from the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University and is currently a candidate for the Doctor of Public Health degree in Public Health Leadership.  She also has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance .
